STS Federal is pleased to announce the promotion of Kevin Gregoire to chief operating officer. Gregoire will oversee operations, and business development, with a focus on understanding customers’ needs to create extraordinary customer and employee experiences.
Before serving in STS Federal’s leadership team, Gregoire commanded several executive positions, including vice president of corporate operations and finance at AVT Simulation. In his role as VP, he effectively lead the corporate operations functions of finance, human resources, information technology, quality assurance, facilities, and security, with company revenues in excess of $30 million.
His 27 years of leadership experience and service to various government and corporate organizations developed Gregoire’s natural ability to lead the STS Federal team during these challenging times.

In his free time, Gregoire is committed to service – a core value for STS Federal. He is a member of the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA), LEAD Brevard Graduate 2020, Veterans Institute for Procurement’s (VIP) ADVANCE Graduate, Boy Scouts of America troop treasurer and committee member, and Merritt Island Little League, where he served as a board Member and treasurer.
Gregoire achieved a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
Outside of his busy professional and volunteer life, Gregoire enjoys traveling and time on the water with his wife, Tracy, and their three boys.
