A certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with highly experienced leadership, STS Federal has a proven track record of effective customer support, program management and operations serving government and industry clients in simulation, training, healthcare, and aerospace industries.

Formerly known as SimSTAFF, STS Federal served the Department of Defense modeling, simulation, and training community for over 14 years, and specialized in locating hard-to-find subject matter experts (SMEs) and engineers with a deep understanding of military training and technology. The company changed its name to STS Federal in 2021 to reflect an expansion of services from talent acquisition to a professional services company with a broad range of support capabilities.

Headquartered in Oviedo, Florida, STS Federal currently employs over 115 professionals working across twelve different states.
