OVIEDO, Fla. – STS Federal is one of 32 businesses from seven states and Washington D.C., to graduate from the inaugural Veteran Institute Procurement (VIP)’s ADVANCE Program, a comprehensive training program designed to help veteran-owned companies take their businesses to the next level of sustained growth in the Federal marketplace.

In addition to the comprehensive sessions on Building a High-Performance Team, Mergers & Acquisitions, Creating Growth, and Financial Management, I gained invaluable contacts comprised of classmates and instructors. The program created an environment for industry leaders to reach out and support each other. I look forward to implementing what I have learned as we grow STS Federal in 2022. “

VIP ADVANCE is a three-day, 27-hour comprehensive certification program designed specifically for VIP Graduates. Participants must be a C-level executive of a company operating for at least five years, have earned at least $10M in annual revenue, and have PRIME experience or currently bidding on PRIME contracts.

VIP ADVANCE is the fifth VIP government contracting program offered by the National Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP). Over 1,900 companies from all 50 states, D.C., Puerto Rico and Guam have participated in the VIP programs, including 36 named on the 2021 Inc. 5000 List.
VIP is fully funded by the Montgomery County Chamber Community Foundation, partnerships with the Small Business Administration, Lockheed Martin, JPMorgan Chase, the State of Maryland, and VIP sponsors.
